Rose-breasted Grosbeak - Pheucticus ludovicianus
NF Photo 110204 La Ensenada, Salines

This is a female. In the first shot there is a readbreasted bird flying. At first I thought it was a male. But they don´t seem to have that much red on the belly. They have a white underpart. So...who is it??

Thanks to Eileen, the flyer seems to be an Oriole.

  2. I'm not sure what that first one is, but it's got some great color!

  3. Love the Oriole flying by and the Grosbeaks. Both are awesome birds. Great photos.

  4. Very interesting photos - especially the in-flight capture.

  5. Speed birding today! Interesting puzzle here...Cheers!

I love comments so please write something. I usually responds to everyone on their own blogs. But nowadays I often find it impossible to comment on many blogs or on Google+. Often the word verifications is unreadable. And after three times I give up. Other times the systems seems to think I am a spammer. Lots of bloggers loose comments that way. :( So, if you don´t see me comment on your blog that is the reason.
