I loved the cool thighs of this finch. And I loved it even more when I realised it had a juvenile to feed. I could not see if the juvie also had the yellow thighs.

This is a sparrow and was quite hard to find on the ground. It is well camoflaged. It was the eyes that catched our attention.

From what i can tell this bird behaves much like a dipper.
Strange, according to the book, this bird belongs to the Wood-warblers.
Behaves like a dipper, named Trush and belongs to Wood-warbler? Talk about confusion.
